Created concepts and renders of "Ghetto Emojis" to promote rapper B.o.B's tour with Wiz Khalifa "Under the Influence" and new album "Underground Luxury.." The idea was to create a "ghetto" version of emojis for fans to use and share via text and twitter. Some popular terms referenced were "swag, donk, twerk and an emoji smiley with grillz. " Feedback has been extremely positive as urban fans have been looking for such emojis to use in their conversations.

Role: Lead Designer, Wireframe and IA

The newly launched Paramore site is the largest, most extensive site Atlantic Records has developed to date. The responsive design utilizes custom layouts adhering to mobile, laptop and larger screen devices. Taking a mobile first approach, I worked with a team of developers brainstorming, testing and revising wireframes that would accommodates grids we could use for all of our future artists sites.

I strived to create an entirely new experience for Paramore fans, from design, to viewing photos/videos and interacting with other members of the community. Each page including Home, Bio, Photos and Videos all utilize custom layouts that stray from anything we have done before; with goals to create an experience that is more engaging and better suited for the needs of the users.

The overall response from the fans was extremely positive. Our efforts and the risks we took were extremely successful. Fans from all over the world tweeted their excitement for the new site launch, showing their appreciation and enjoyment in using the new features and functionalities. It was one of the most rewarding sites I have ever worked on, as I was able to take the lead role in conceptualizing wireframes, designs and received immediate, direct feedback from the fans.

Smirnoff teamed up with Buzzfeed to help fans reflect on 2013 by recapping the most buzzed about events of the year - and then invited fans to toast to them with signature Smirnoff cocktails. I illustrated and designed a series of animated ads to help promote and invite fans to share each cocktail.

The campaign gained 220,000 article views and received twitter recognition from Orange Is The New Black star Matt McGorry.

Developed logo concepts and mascot designs for Eaton Landscaping & Construction. The goal was to create a logo that would seamlessly combine the idea of playful yet professional. I began the process with a few versions that played with graphic/flat vs. round/cartoon shapes and combined with type that would compliment the styles of each.

The chosen logo was a combination of two concepts, where the typography exuded a professional appeal and the mascot was the friendly, inviting approach the client was gearing towards for their viewers.

"Brick Monster"

Coupled with a bold  san-serif, the mascot design here is simple in its nature and created using only flat/graphic shapes. The type was also manipulated to further push the idea of stacked bricks and to create a font that was more unique to the brand.

 
 
 

"Type Play"

With the focus on typography,  I utilized the "o" as a garden wall to represent the outdoors and added lighter, contrasting colors to                        add some fun and dimension.

"Brick Stance" 

The Mascot is the star of the show! Made up of bricks and cement, this character radiates personality and presents an engaging and inviting environment for potential clients. I coupled the character with type that flatters the round, exaggerated shapes used in the design.
